is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Monday - Friday 8:
30 am -5 pm.
Office experience is a must, legal experience is a must!
Qualifications:
Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, practices, etc Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail Extensive computer and legal database software experience Knowledge abilities and skills:
Microsoft programs, setting appointments, common sense, teamwork, oral communication and initiative.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
draft documents, file motions, maintaining and organizing files, take clients phone calls, setting appointments, adding important dates and hearings to the attorney's calendar, aid attorney with interrogatories and other discovery requests serious inquiries only! Pay to be discussed at interview.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
