Provide support services to one case management team and to children/families as assigned.
Transport children identified by the case management team.
Oversee visitations as assigned or with case manager.
Establish positive relationships with children, natural parents, foster and adoptive parents and extended family.
Complete documentation related to provision of services in a timely manner.
Participate in meetings and work sessions related to service provision as appropriate and directed by direct supervisor.
Complete other tasks as assigned or as necessary to ensure that clients receive necessary services and/or to ensure that necessary administrative tasks are completed.
Trained and authorized to access protected health information.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
